Kidd Ford has the best service department in Middle TN! They are helpful and friendly. When I service my cars, I bring them to Kidd Ford!
My Transmission went out & the module was replaced, but the transmission is still slipping. I have no care in the world for Tonya in the service department she is very rude to me & my family(my husband, & son). I do however like Terry Kidd, he always tries to make things right. I will say one last thing though if my car isn't fixed correctly this time they can buy it back. It's still under warranty & has several recalls, so you'd think they would just change out the transmission & be done. Through the recall the transmission can be changed up to 6 times. I just can't stand Tonya's attitude she needs an adjustment. Plus Tonya wanted my husband to contact her about the car. He kept calling Friday, but she was gone & told him to call back in 40 minutes he waited a bit longer & she was still out. I just want my car fixed.
Took my mustang in for regular service and they tried to tell me I needed a bunch of other repairs. Girl in service department was very rude about it. Luckly my dad works for Ford dealer in Florida, told me to get 2nd opinion. I took it to Murfreesboro and turns out there was NOTHING wrong with it. I wont go back to Kidd Ford .
Big John is the only good one there. Terrible vehicles
